Out of control

So this morning I decided to lay out all the purchases I have made for the grandbaby thus far, and oh boy!! I seriously need to quit taking advantage of all the great deals at Target. He isn't even born yet and the boy has a better wardrobe then his grandmother. I am not a believer in buying clothes that a child can grow into. Actually, I hate when people do that. My grandkids will always have appropriate sized clothes as long as I am alive. So before you start telling me how I am wasting money, I will give you my response, "I'm the grandma, that's why!"

Jeff got a gig!!!

That's right folks, you read correctly, Jeff just booked a show!!! We are so very proud of him!! I believe the date is Sept 19 @ the Garage in Burnsville. Jeff, I hope this is just the beginning of many more to come. You have put so much time and effort into your music that I am glad one of your dreams is becoming a reality. Can I have your autograph????

Goodbye Grandma

Tomorrow my mom/grandma heads back to Florida. We will miss her dearly. Mom, Thank you so very much for all your love, kindness and stuffed cabbage. Any day you would like to come back we will welcome you with open arms. Don't forget the fulltime housekeeper/cook job is still available, so anytime you get tired of retired life, you have a guaranteed job at our house. Thank you for everything. Millie and Martha are heartbroken that the "treat master" is gone!! Grandma, come back soon!!!!!!!!!
